Celebrate World Book Day in style with one of our amazing Book Day costumes!Book Day is a fantastically worthwhile event taking place on March 4th. As the biggest annual celebration of books in the UK and Ireland, it gives children in schools the chance to take part in a number of initiatives and special events that delve into the rich history of literature present in the United Kingdom.
Loads of schools around the country will be hosting Book Day fancy dress events where children are encouraged to dress up and have the most fun they can possibly have. Historical fancy dress costumes are particularly popular, as children can dress up as firm favourites such as Robin Hood and Henry Tudor. It's a great way for children to learn and grow as they also have fun and socialise with their friends and teachers.
