Unfortunately I never received my order as it was delivered elsewhere so my order was canceled as they would not be able to send a replacement outfit in time(for my child for world book day)
I am unsure if the error was that of the company or the delivery service. So my experience has unfortunately been a negative one. However I did find the ordering and communication up until the error to be very good. Although when I tephoned to say I had been contacted by the person who had received my order by mistake I did feel that I wasn't valued as a customer as spoken to quite abruptly and unsympathetically.
