Your Return

Our online Returns Centre will identify whether you can return your item(s) and guide you through the returns process itself. It will also supply you with a printable returns form if accepted.

First and foremost you have 7 working days from your delivery date in which to return your item/s, after which any returns are subject to All Fancy Dress discretion and a handling fee.

• Between 7 and 14 working days our automated service will accept a return however a 25% handling fee will be applied.
• Over 14 working days our automated service will reject a return and in this instance please dial 01268 764603 option 3 and explain your return is over 14 days old. The customer service agent will take any mitigating circumstances into account.

In all instances items must be returned in their original product packaging with, where applicable a reasonable attempt at refolding any garment.
Please note that all returns will be subject to a full examination to ensure that they meet the terms and conditions of our returns policy.

Please note that returns of hosiery (tights/stockings) and wigs will only be accepted if the items are returned unopened and unused. Please note that, due to reasons of hygiene, we do not accept the return of fake teeth AT ALL, except where the item is faulty.

All Fancy Dress has a returns policy whereby for genuine returns (either where there is a size or unsuitability issue and in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations) we will agree to refund or replace your goods without dispute.
