International Deliveries- Important Information
1. We base the price for our International Scheduled Delivery services on a volumetric weight as well as dead weight. Please note that should an order be too heavy or too large so that it equates to a cost greater than that quoted in our published tariffs, then we reserve the right to withhold the order while we agree any appropriate additional fees with you. You retain the right to cancel the order in the event you feel any additional charge is not acceptable.
2. Any delivery timescales quoted are our best approximation only. However, goods will always be dispatched on the order date (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and 95% are delivered within the quoted timescale.
