Cruella de Vil Style Costume

Cruella de Vil is the villainous character from the Disney film 101 Dalmatians which adapted from a book written by Dodie Smith in 1956. She kidnaps Dalmatian puppies and uses their fur to make coats. Luckily she is arrested in the end and the puppies live happily ever after!
