Had to return a Halloween fancy dress costume as it arrived already opened and you could see it had been repacked badly by someone else. When my wife took it out it all hung lopsided down one side because it had been stitched wrongly so she tried it on and it still hung lopsided. Its obvious that this costume had been returned by another customer because of the fault and allfancydress had still sent it back out to another customer (me) when they should have destroyed it.
Really disappointed with the service and will probably not use this Company again.

Ordered a corpse bride outfit and the dress arrived in good time but the description needs to be clearer! We thought the white part of the dress was a separate garment also the veil only covers the sides of the head but this was fine as it was easy to add extra netting. I did feel the price was a little high in comparison with other outfits, but my daughter loved it.
