Quality of outfit not as good as other providers I have used. Part of costume missing, on making telephone call was told by adviser on phone I had to take to post office to return goods and await postal reimbursement and new outfit would be resent,asked to speak to superviser about matter, who simply arranged for missing part to be sent out to me but her attitude was that of very unfriendly and quite stroppy. I would look to other fancy dress suppliers before coming back here again based on poor quality outfit and not the best customer service.

product arrivered on time

tiny clip to hold the costume together was not very good! had to use safety pin instead.

There were some white stains not sure why ! cleaned with cloth came off! need to check before u send to customer !!

The costume arrived quickly so no complaints there. I was a bit disappointed with the actual costume as I don't think it was value for money. It had a hole in the back but I did not have time to return it as my daughter needed it to wear for world book day at school. I managed to mend it. It also had a clip at the front to hold the cloak together, however, this snapped as soon as she wore it.

Next day delivery took two days. Another day and it would have missed the party. The fancy dress was of extremely poor quality but was OK for one wear.

Hi,
Firstly I would like to say how helpful staff were in the phone & how easy it all was to order, pay for & pick up!
My only issue now is that the costume itself is very over priced for what it is!
The robe started coming un-stitched at the bottom the morning my daughter put it on for world book day & the clip to pull it together broke off on one side where it has been poorly made!
So where do I stand with this!?
Obviously I had to make it wearable for the day otherwise my daughter would have been upset!
