I must admit I was a bit worried ordering my costume after reading all the recent negative reviews, mainly about how the items didn't arrive on time or if they needed to be returned, the service and terms were appalling. I had left plenty of time for a delayed delivery but it did make me wonder if the item would be returnable if I wasn't happy.

As it happens my costume arrived very quickly, within 3 days and it's fine. Quality isn't great but given that it's a fancy dress outfit, the quality is to be expected.
