The website was easy enough to use however I had wanted to clarify something so I rang, I was on hold for about 20 minutes before I decided to hang up, order the stuff I wanted taking a bit of a chance that I would get what I thought I would get. Luckily I did get what I wanted but to be on hold for that long is unacceptable

The outifts are good quality and the sizing is perfect. I collected from the warehouse and they checked the item was in stock and after ordering i was able to pick up the next day.
