Chose to buy from allfancydress due to the quick delivery times, so paid extra for next day delivery, yet was given no refund of this when my delivery was 3 days late.

Would not recommend and won't be using in future.
The item arrived late even though I had paid for next day delivery, therefore I did not have the costume in time for Halloween.
When i returned the costume and asked for a refund, I was spoken to as if they were doing me a favour and refused to refund my next day delivery despite the guarantee mentioned online that it would arrive the following day if I ordered before a certain time.
Very disappointed since the costumes themselves look great!

The costume was a good fit made in real sizes not one size fits all or Asian/petite size. Pretty good quality lasted all night and could wear it again. Postage came on time and despite no one beig home to sign was put through the door. Very happy and money well spent.
